Meraki Network

Cisco Meraki was used for all our network infrastructure: an MX firewall for security and user management, MS switches to connect the various pieces of technology together and MR wireless to support the point of sale system and free public Wi-Fi. Meraki equipment is cloud-managed so we can support it in real time securely from our office without going on-site. The equipment also integrates with our management system, automatically creating service tickets for issues that arise allowing us to respond to an issue sometimes before they even know that a problem was about to occur. Finally, the Meraki platform combined with Cisco’s Umbrella security filtering keeps their data safe from malware, crypto and hacking attempts.
